These terms apply when you buy from klampd.com. Klampd is a Brisbane, Queensland business. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

Klampd frames are 3D-printed in black UV-stable ASA and made to order for the Queensland PPQ Flexi plate size you choose. Photos and renders are illustrative; small variations in surface finish are normal for printed parts.

Klampd is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Personalised Plates Queensland (PPQ) or the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR). "PPQ" and "Flexi" are used only to describe which plates our frames fit.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and GST-inclusive where applicable. Shipping within Australia is free.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout through PayPal. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
• If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you and you can choose to pay the correct price or get a full refund.

Making and delivery

Each order is printed to order and usually ships within 5–8 business days. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier. See Shipping & returns.

Choosing the right size and fitting

You're responsible for choosing the size that matches your plate, and for fitting it so your plate stays clearly legible and compliant with Queensland rules. Our fitting guidance is general information, not legal advice. Check the TMR number plate rules if unsure. Don't over-tighten the grub screws.

Plate warranty

PPQ sets its own warranty conditions for your plate. Klampd doesn't use tape, doesn't drill your plate and doesn't require removing the backing film, but PPQ says other attachment methods "may" affect its warranty. We can't speak for PPQ; call PPQ on 136 356 if you're unsure.

Returns, warranty and the Australian Consumer Law

Our 30-day fit guarantee and 2-year frame warranty are explained on the Shipping & returns page. They're in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss is limited to replacing the frame or refunding its price. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
