Shipping

• We ship to street addresses and PO Boxes anywhere in Australia. We don't ship overseas yet.
• Shipping is free on every order. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after dispatch depending on where you are.
• Your delivery address comes from PayPal at checkout. If it's wrong, email support@klampd.com straight away with your order number (KL-…) and we'll fix it before it ships.
• Orders ship in plain packaging directly from our print partner.

30-day fit guarantee

If your Klampd frame doesn't fit your PPQ Flexi plate, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send the right size or refund you in full, including return postage, once the frame is back with us.

Change of mind

Because each frame is printed to order, change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the frame is unused and complete with its hardware. We refund the purchase price once it arrives back with us; return postage is at your cost.

Faulty or damaged

If your frame arrives damaged, or develops a fault, email us a photo and your order number. Our 2-year frame warranty covers cracking, warping or UV failure in normal use. We'll replace or refund it.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to start a return

1. Email support@klampd.com with your order number and what's wrong (photos help).
2. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and next steps.
3. Refunds go back to your original PayPal payment method within 5 business days of approval.
